What is a Pop-Up Wedding?
Our pop-up weddings are small, intimate, all-inclusive micro weddings. Whatever your timeframe is - in as little as two weeks to one year in advance. We provide everything from chairs, décor, the beautiful arbor you see in the picture above, flowers, heavy hors d'oeuvres, tables, and more.
With a 20 person maximum guest count, we are able to keep the price starting at only $3,450. The pop-up wedding and reception lasts a total of two hours. This is plenty of time to have your beautiful ceremony, take some romantic photos as newlyweds, and visit with your family before you take off for your honeymoon. Together, we will create a custom timeline so you can make it your own! You can add more time if needed - price and availability depends on the location of the pop-up wedding.
What To Expect When You Book
Consultation: Before you book with Evergreen Magnolia Pop-up Weddings and Events, you will have a complementary consultation with yours truly. Together, we will discuss your needs so that we can make your special day amazing!
Date & Location: After you book, we will secure a place and a date. Yay! One of the neat things about doing pop-up weddings with us is we can bring the pop-up wedding to you! When it comes to location, we can have your pop-up wedding in a location we suggest OR we can have your pop-up wedding on your private property.
Design: We will design your invitations and send them off to your guests! The design of your invitations will match the style option you select for your pop-up wedding.
Style Options: We have 3 different style options to choose from. They are absolutely stunning, but if you would like to combine elements of each style option in your wedding décor, we can do that too!
Florals: We carefully and thoughtfully arrange all of the florals, so if you would like to request certain colors of flowers to add to any style option, we can accommodate that!
Heavy Hors D 'Oeuvres: We have a menu of heavy hors d'oeuvres to choose from. You will choose three options from our delicious menu for the main spread, and then you will choose the flavor of your wedding cake. Yes, this also includes wedding cake and cake bites!
