Our prices are heavily discounted at Adelaide Events Venue since we are sister companies! Adelaide requires a day-of coordinator, and we got you covered! If you are booked at a different venue, please take advantage of the following planning services!

What’s Included in Every Package:

  • Complimentary consultation

  • Unlimited communication with the Evergreen Magnolia team via phone, email, and meetings

  • Venue walkthrough before the wedding to finalize layout and setup

  • Access to our planning software, including:

    • Custom timeline builder

    • Wedding checklist

    • Floor plan designer

    • Guest list tracker

    • Design collaboration tools

    • Vendor recommendations

    • Vendor communication & booking

    • Invoice viewing & tracking

  • 1 complimentary hour for rehearsal

  • 12 hours of service on the wedding day

Day-of Coordination (Included in All Packages)

  • No matter which planning package you choose, Day-of Coordination is always included. Our team is on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • Here’s what that looks like:

  • We set up décor that doesn’t require professional equipment (signage, table settings, candles, etc.)

  • We direct the ceremony and reception, making sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there

  • We manage your timeline, keeping things on track so you don’t have to watch the clock

  • We coordinate with vendors to make sure deliveries, cues, and transitions are seamless

  • At the end of the night, we assist with cleanup and packing up your personal items so you can head off and enjoy your exit

​Planning Package Options

  • Partial Planning - $1550
    You’ll receive all of the services listed above, plus our guidance through the planning process. We’ll help you stay on track, manage vendors, and build your timeline—but you’ll manage your own budget and spending priorities.

  • Full Planning - $2050
    Includes everything in Partial Planning, plus budget planning and management. We’ll help you set a realistic budget, allocate funds based on your vision, and offer expert guidance on what’s worth the splurge—and what’s not.

Booking Requirement

  • If your guest count exceeds 50, an additional day-of coordinator will be provided for a fee of $250 to ensure everything is properly supported.
