The Basic Pop-up Wedding Package creates an
all-inclusive, traveling micro wedding experience. This means we will provide everything so you don't have to stress about a thing and we can come to you! Yes, we can even have your wedding in your back yard! Everything is custom and depends on your budget!

Here is what is included:
Professional Wedding Planner & Designer
​
Evergreen Magnolia Events provides a wedding planner that will assist you through the entire process. She will ensure you have a stress-free experience with unlimited access to her via phone calls, texts and emails.
She will be there from the initial consultation, fluffing the bride's dress right before she walks down the isle, all the way to the couple's send off!
​
All Florals
​
We provide all of the seasonal florals! This includes 1 bridal bouquet and 1 boutonniere, 2 flower displays for the hors d'oeuvres table, 1 flower display per cocktail table, florals for the arbor (when used) and florals on the welcome sign.

All Décor & Furniture
We are a one-stop shop! This means we will provide all the chairs needed to accommodate up to 20 guests, a table for the heavy hors d'oeuvres, a gift table, and 3 cocktail tables all beautifully decorated to enhance your special day. (Please see gallery for an example.) We even provide a speaker with a microphone for ceremony music and announcements!

Wedding Location

To keep costs low, we have multiple very beautiful locations to choose from OR you can get married in your backyard! We are not limited to a venue so you can get married wherever you want!
Professional Wedding Photographer
​
A professional photographer will capture all of the intimate and romantic moments on your special day! Our photographer will provide an online gallery so you can view your beautiful wedding photos with your friends and family!
​
Heavy Hors d'oeuvres
​
Choose 3 items from our delicious menu. You and your guests can graze while you mingle!
We also provide 2 of your choice of sweet tea, lemonade, or fruit-infused water.
Additionally, we provide all serving utensils, cups, napkins, and plastic silverware.

Wedding Cake
​
You can't have a wedding without a cake or cupcakes! Choose your flavor and filling and leave the rest to us!
