This package allows us to manage your budget and collect quotes on your behalf. We will manage communications with your vendors as well!
The Magnolia Flower

The Magnolia Flower Package is perfect for my brides and grooms that have an idea of what they want. Maybe you've already booked your venue, you know what kind of food you want to serve, you just need someone to help put together all of the pieces?
With this package, we provide tools for you to keep track of your budget. We will put you in touch with vendors that fit your style, but you collect quotes and decide if it will fit your budget.
The following is included in both packages:
- Complementary consultation
- Day of wedding coordination
- Full access to the Evergreen Magnolia Team via phone calls, emails, and meetings
- Visit to venue prior to wedding to confirm layout and set up
- Assistance with clean up after the reception
-12 hours of service on the day of the wedding and
1 complementary hour for the rehearsal.
Online Planning Software
Access to our sophisticated planning software that allows us to work together with ease! You will have your own profile and will be able to do the following:
- Sign contracts electronically
- View invoices
- Create a custom timeline
- Collaborate on design
- Wedding checklist to help you stay on track as the big day approaches
- Create a custom floorplan
- Track your guest list
- Access to budget tools that has automated payment reminders
- Access to proprietary tip and tricks along with documents to help tie all loose ends
- Access to our rental inventory
Day-of Coordination
- Preparation of the venue including décor, table dressing, other setup.
- Direction and cueing of your ceremony, ensuring all bridal party participants feel comfortable/confident in their role in the ceremony.
- Ensuring all bridal party has bouquets and boutonnieres (Evergreen Magnolia Weddings and Events will attach boutonnieres and hand out bouquets.)
- Working with wedding party and guests to keep the event on the designated timeline.
- Introductions of bridal party/bride/groom.
- Ensuring flow and timing of cake cutting/toasts/dances.
- Preparation for exit of bride and groom lining up guests, working with photographers, getting car ready, etc.
- Assist with clean-up and break down after the reception
Please Note: An additional day-of coordinator is required if your guest count exceeds 50 guests for $250
